Hey there! I’m Sophie and I love food. ALL kinds of food. I’m not fussy - I love trying new things.
I’m passionate about cooking from scratch, using fresh ingredients and exploring new tastes from around the world to recreate memorable meals I’ve eaten in restaurants. I hope to share my cooking tips and tricks and provide inspiration, to show that cooking your favourite meals can be simple and satisfying.


My favourite flavours:
Chilli: in all it’s forms - fresh, powdered, dried and especially in hot sauce. I can't get enough of sriracha and Frank's Red Hot.


Garlic: a world without garlic would be a very sad place.


Lemon: whether it’s sweet or savoury you can’t beat the juice or zest of fresh lemon.


Coriander: People either love it or hate it. I love it for it’s versatility - add it to soups, salads, Thai, Mexican or Indian dishes.

Elderflower: with gin, lime and soda. ‘Nuff said!
